Ideal Partner Program Overview
Recognition and equitable rewards is what Xsellence will provide each and every Ideal Partner. Xsellence rewards our partners for doing what we want, which is to create more lasting value for our customers.
The Ideal Partners plan requires that a Business Partner first register themselves and/or their organization. Within the application, submit supporting documentation that the proposed opportunity can actually generate added value or demand for the Xsellence Business products/ solution.
Each partner will have an ongoing line of communication into Xsellence’s corporate office, receive a – use license and presale technical support. Ideal partners selling On Demand ASP services "Xsellence Expert System"™, product/service sales will receive a on-going revenue stream on seat subscription purchases and eligible for "Consultant/ Coach On Call" services.
Xsellence welcomes, and is committed to developing strong win-win Ideal Business Partnerships. The Xsellence Business Solution partnership program is designed to meet the diverse needs of participants so that partnerships will continue to develop and grow with each participant needs and wants along with Xsellence’s market share. Each sales and development opportunity will be recognized and supported accordingly. Below is a breakdown of each partnership type with identified benefits.
Ideal Partnership Types
Ideal Solution Integrator Partners
Facilitate the integration of third party solutions with Xsellence, often in conjunction with hardware and other innovative software and services. These value-added partners are sought after, in order to provide the Xsellence's client community the best possible business solutions available. The Solution Integrator Partners, individual developments, will be required to integrate with the "Xsellence Expert System" products.
Benefits:

- Solution Integrators recognition on the Xsellence.com website.
- Minimum of four seasonal recognition announcements.

Ideal Value Added Resellers
Is designed to increase market share and profitability with win-win rewards for both Xsellence and its resellers. Xsellence will benefit through increased market share and the Value Added Reseller through increased profits. Xsellence products and services will be
resold for sizeable profit margins. This partner level is designed for integrators and development partners with technical and industry Consulting/ Coaching related skills. They must have experienced sales professionals with proven sales accomplishments with software and technical sales. These resellers will target small to medium size businesses to solicit Business Analysis's, with the possibility of Consulting/ Coaching opportunities.

- Leads and referrals from Xsellence LLC.

Ideal Development Partners
Programmers who would like to be involved in the design and development of new and additional Consulting/ Coaching products. These selected individuals and companies will be experienced in Xsellence’s core platforms of PHP, HTML, Apache, MySQL, and Linux.

- On call for future development projects.
- Opportunity for addition Work Made For Hire projects commanding fees.

Ideal Referral Partners
Designed to increase market share and profitability through referrals generated by Referral Partners and then forwarded to Xsellence for analysis, implementation and service. These referral partners may or may not be involved in the implementation and service of the referred client but will solely be a lead source for the Xsellence Consulting/Coaching team. These resellers will target small to medium size businesses and solicit Clients for our 2-Day Business Analysis, Consulting/ Coaching Business Solutions.
Benefits:
