High Level overview of the Business Analysis process:
- Day 1: Analyst arrives and conducts a meeting with principals and stakeholders to outline tasks to be completed that day.
- Information gathering continues throughout the day. Four years of financials obtained.
- Obtain current year-to-date internal information, payroll etc.
- Confidential interview with management and employees on a one-on-one basis.
- A conclusion meeting to outline the initial findings.
- Day 2: Financial information and employe productivity ratios inputted into the Xsellence analysis system to create analysis reports.
- Afternoon presentation of analysis reports with recommendations. Schedule 2-3 hours.
- At the conclusion of the analysis, recommendations wil be made and implementation will possibly begin.
