In formulating a Cost-Benefit Analysis we use five categories of questions and answers to establish our business-case, that provides pre-project planning costs and a basis for post-project success measurement.

2. What are my expected quantifiable costs?
   Answer: The cost of our service varies depending on the nature, scope and timing of the project. In most instances we will charge an hourly fee with estimated hours to complete the job. This provides a certainty as to the ultimate cost of the project.
3. What is my implementation cost?
   Answer: Before undertaking any project we will discuss the cost of the project with you as well as the expected benefit. In those cases where the expected benefit does not justify the cost, we will recommend against further action.
4. What risk(s) is my organization taking?
